ICICI Bank is India’s second-largest bank with presence in 18 countries. ICICI Bank offers a wide range of banking products and financial services to corporate and retail customers in the areas of investment banking, life and non-life insurance, venture capital and asset management.
The Requirement
The Privilege Banking Division of ICICI Bank wanted to empower their consultants and improve customers engagement by being able to provide financial life planning and product illustrations using a custom application on tablet and mobile devices.
The solution needed to be flexible enough to allow data to be entered while mobile and stored locally, then later synchronised to the bank’s central server for future analysis and reporting
Our Solution Approach
Cohezia worked closely with ICICI business representatives to finalise mockup screens. We then designed user interface screens suitable for mobile devices and specifically supporting the client’s sales process. Cohezia then developed the mobile app and server side data synchronisation component using the technologies listed below.
