Micans make business pitches to Cohezia Directors

Students of Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (Mica) had an exciting week with their business pitches being judged by experts like UK-based investor and director at Cohezia Chandresh Pala, and strategy and partnerships director of Cohezia Siddharth Deshmukh.

As a part of the ‘digital communication management’ course, the final-year students presented business modules for a viable product to Pala. Fourteen students presented their viable business modules and Sidharth Uchil, Sarabjeet Kaur, Anshul Agarwal, Prerna Gupta and Safna Laskari were shortlisted.

In fact, based on the mutual interest of the students and venture capitalist, Pala, some of these projects may actually be initiated.

Pala said, “To actually go out and test your entrepreneurial dreams in the world is surely an eye-opener. I would recommend the same to all who dream of big businesses.” Deshmukh elaborated, “We encouraged a ‘fail-fast’ methodology – the more you fail, the quicker will be your learning from the same and application of the insight to your business module.”
