Our Thinking and Approach
Up My Street provides a wide range of location based information. Cohezia’s consultants were involved in the specification, design and development of a WAP based mobile application called ‘Find My Nearest’. The application, which is accessed from a mobile phone, allows customers to find a selection of services nearest to their location (e.g. banks, restaurants). The new mobile application was fully integrated with central corporate systems. The design and implementation needed to address a number of issues such as usability, phone/browser compatibility and security. The new functions were specifically selected and designed for suitability and ease of use on mobile devices.
Results
The launch of a new convenient mobile service for customers, extending the success of the core business and deepening the relationship with the brand.
